Senior Superintendent - Electrical - Mission Critical - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction for its national mission critical team.

Project Details

Oversee electrical work on mission critical projects, including data centers, with travel as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractor performance, project schedules, budgets, safety programs, and quality control.
• Review design documents and shop drawings, coordinate procurement, and incorporate materials into the master schedule.
• Support value engineering, resolve field challenges, and coordinate with project teams.
• Train personnel and promote effective team communication.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in mission critical electrical construction.
• Construction-related postsecondary education or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet pre-employment and random testing requirements.
• Preferred: project team leadership, knowledge of BIM or CAD and current building codes, and experience creating and managing schedules in MS Project.
