About the role

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring a traveling Senior Superintendent to lead field delivery for its national mission critical construction team.

Project Details

Work supports nationally based clients across the company’s mission critical sector, with travel to project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Direct subcontractor performance and coordinate project team members.
  • Build and track CPM schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and safety programs.
  • Review design documents and shop drawings, manage quality control, and identify value-engineering opportunities.
  • Train personnel and develop practical solutions to project challenges.

Required Experience

  • At least 15 years of mission critical construction experience.
  • Post-secondary construction education or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to complete pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Project team leadership, BIM or CAD knowledge, current building codes, and MS Project scheduling experience are advantageous.
