Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring a traveling Senior Superintendent to lead field delivery for its national Mission Critical team. The role calls for extensive mission critical construction experience and a collaborative approach to project leadership.

Project Details

Support mission critical construction projects for nationally based clients, traveling as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance, project budgets, safety programs, and quality control.
• Build and track CPM schedules, coordinate procurement with the master schedule, and review design documents and shop drawings.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities and resolve project issues in coordination with the project team.
• Train personnel and help lead project teams.

Required Experience

• At least 15 years of mission critical construction experience.
• Post-high-school construction education or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug and alcohol testing.
• Project team leadership, BIM or CAD knowledge, building-code familiarity, and MS Project scheduling experience are preferred.
