Solar Electrical Foreman - County Line

Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring an electrical foreman to oversee craft team members and perform skilled electrical installation and maintenance work for the County Line solar project.

The position is associated with the County Line solar project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach electrical team members while managing their performance.
• Install, test, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Review plans and work orders, lay out work, and organize tools and materials.
• Conduct system tests, complete preventive maintenance, and order supplies.
• Follow applicable safety procedures and electrical codes.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED and at least five years of related experience.
• Trade or technical school certification or diploma.
• Current driver’s license and project-specific or Mortenson training.
• Ability to read plans, operate relevant tools and equipment, and communicate in English; Spanish is a plus.
