Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring a Solar Laborer Foreman to supervise crews and coordinate materials supporting solar construction work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and promote safe, high-quality work that follows applicable regulations and company policies.
• Prepare work instructions, cross-training plans, and on-the-job training.
• Balance schedules and workloads, monitor supplies, and coordinate reordering.
• Use lean practices to improve safety, quality, customer service, and cost performance.
• Take responsibility for assigned functions and facility operations.

Required Experience

• Three years of related experience preferred.
• Current driver's license.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and operate equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies.
• Strong teamwork, communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; assistance or equipment is used for heavier loads.
