Superintendent

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and help deliver construction projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, project management, trade foremen, and owners or tenants.
• Develop and administer site-specific safety plans and job hazard analyses.
• Oversee subcontractor work, project scheduling, budget, procurement, and quality control.
• Maintain project records and coordinate required meetings.

Required Experience

• Post-high-school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and provide direction to project personnel.
• Documentation, file management, and meeting-management skills.
• Teamwork, sound judgment under pressure, and ability to recognize when support is needed.
• Must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States and pass required drug and alcohol testing.
