Superintendent - Electrical - Mission Critical - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring a traveling Electrical Superintendent for its national mission critical construction team, based in Milwaukee.

Project Details

Lead electrical construction work on mission critical projects, including data centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance, project schedules, budgets, and safety programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings, coordinate procurement, and maintain quality control.
• Support value engineering, train personnel, and coordinate with project team members.

Required Experience

• At least five years of experience in mission critical electrical construction.
• Post-high-school construction education or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet pre-employment and random testing requirements.
• Project team leadership, BIM or CAD knowledge, building code familiarity, and MS Project scheduling experience are preferred.
