Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and subcontractors, oversee safe and efficient field execution, and deliver projects within schedule and budget expectations.

Responsibilities

• Implement project-specific safety procedures and job hazard analyses.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and track the construction schedule.
• Support budget development, monitor costs, and assist with material procurement.
• Oversee quality control, maintain project records, and manage required meetings.

Required Experience

• Postsecondary construction education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and direct project personnel.
• Documentation, meeting management, teamwork, and sound judgment under pressure.
• Must meet employment verification requirements and pass required drug and alcohol testing.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $123,011-$153,774, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, insurance, educational assistance, and other listed employee programs. Benefit eligibility varies by role and other factors.
