Superintendent - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Superintendent based in Phoenix to oversee construction project delivery, coordinate field teams, and support a collaborative project environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance, project schedules, construction budgets, and safety programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings, and coordinate procurement with the project schedule.
• Establish quality control processes, identify value-engineering opportunities, and resolve project challenges.
• Coordinate with project team members and travel to project sites as needed.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of construction experience.
• Postsecondary education in construction or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to complete pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Project team leadership, BIM or CAD knowledge, building code familiarity, and MS Project scheduling experience are preferred.
