Assistant Superintendent - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Assistant Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and support timely, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, and project management activities in the field.
• Apply company and project-specific safety requirements, including hazard analysis.
• Oversee subcontractor work, schedule tracking, and budget performance.
• Interpret construction documents, assist with material procurement, and support quality control.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of union-required training programs or equivalent.
• Leadership, problem-solving, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently through jobsite challenges.
• Employment eligibility verification and required pre-employment and subsequent drug and alcohol testing.
