Assistant Superintendent - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and help deliver construction work safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, and project management activities on the jobsite.

• Oversee subcontractor performance, track CPM schedules, and manage assigned work within budget.
• Interpret plans and specifications, assist with material procurement, and support quality control.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience on healthcare, clean room, operatory, or other medical-community construction projects.
• Successful completion of union-required training programs or equivalent.
• Problem-solving, leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to work independently and seek help when needed.
• Must pass pre-employment and applicable subsequent drug and alcohol testing, and provide valid documentation.
