Building Automation Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

Support building automation project managers with coordination and oversight of project design, budget, schedule, safety, and delivery in Denver.

Harris delivers projects in facilities such as stadiums, manufacturing plants, power plants, hospitals, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documents, drawings, submittals, RFIs, meetings, and closeout records.
• Track schedules, labor, procurement, equipment, scope changes, pricing, and change orders.
• Support estimating, proposals, material orders, vendor coordination, and project financial performance.
• Help maintain site safety and quality requirements, and assist with permits and project inspections.

Required Experience

• At least 2 years of experience with construction materials, tools, and building processes.
• Working knowledge of business administration and project coordination.
• Basic understanding of engineering, electronics, and electrical systems.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and providing customer service.
• Experience with project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual pay range of $56,863.05-$85,294.57. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with company match; vacation, sick time, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and a Short-Term Incentive Plan.
