Building Automation Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead building automation projects from bid through completion, overseeing teams and ensuring work meets design, budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project teams, schedules, milestones, budgets, contracts, and change orders.
• Monitor work quality and progress, provide technical guidance, resolve project and customer issues, and report status.
• Maintain jobsite safety systems and verify compliance with company, OSHA, and applicable safety and environmental requirements.
• Lead project closeout, including site inspections, commissioning, owner training, punch lists, and operations and maintenance documentation.

Required Experience

• At least five years of project management experience.
• Five or more years of experience or understanding in business administration, engineering and technology, and construction materials, tools, and processes.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range is $88,848.52-$133,272.77. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; vacation, sick time, and paid holidays; paid parental leave; and a Short-Term Incentive Plan.
