Construction Project Manager II

Job Summary

Manage assigned commercial construction projects in Denver, overseeing project administration and key phases with limited supervision.

Project Details

Projects may include office and tenant improvement work, with stated project values ranging from $1 million to $30 million.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client presentations, design development, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Track job costs and manage budgets, schedules, bid documents, subcontract awards, and profit projections.
• Lead jobsite coordination meetings and prepare status updates.
• Coordinate project closeout, including final costs, punch lists, billing, and fee collection.

Required Experience

• At least six years of commercial construction experience and a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating, cost control, and material pricing; proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Six months or more of estimating or preconstruction and field experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $111,400 to $139,300 per year. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, insurance, educational assistance, and wellness programs. Benefit eligibility varies by role and other factors.
