Cx Project Engineer - Mission Critical

Job Summary

Support project delivery and commissioning activities for mission-critical construction, while building knowledge of company processes and field operations.

Project Details

Work includes commissioning and construction activities for data center buildings, with a focus on critical MEP infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and track RFIs, shop drawings, deliveries, punch-list items, and project schedule updates.
• Support site logistics, dimensional checks, permit inspections, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Assist the commissioning manager with schedules, critical issue resolution, equipment deliveries, and documentation.
• Participate in quality and commissioning walkthroughs and inspections.

Required Experience

• Experience with commissioning, estimating, cost control, or material pricing is a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
• Construction management software experience, such as Procore, and design-build commercial construction experience are advantageous.
• Employment eligibility verification is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $70,000-$85,000, with potential eligibility for commission and/or an incentive program.
