Healthcare Superintendent

Job Summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is hiring a Healthcare Superintendent to lead field operations and coordinate project teams on healthcare construction work in Wyoming.

Project Details

Projects are generally valued below $75 million, though the role may cover designated portions of larger, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct jobsite work, safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and coordination with trade contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, production reporting, construction documents, and quality controls.
• Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, lead safety meetings, and address hazards and incidents.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, project managers, inspectors, and internal teams through planning, construction, and closeout.
• Support preconstruction, constructability reviews, project estimates, client relationships, and business development.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of related experience, or high school diploma/equivalent with 10+ years.
• Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of plans and specifications, value engineering, life-cycle costing, and construction safety practices.
• Current OSHA 30 or ability to obtain it, along with company safety qualifications.
• Ability to travel to project sites and accept long-term out-of-town assignments; forklift certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated pay is $87,000-$140,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, HSA, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, tuition assistance, and an employee referral bonus.
