Healthcare Superintendent (Travel Within Florida)

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a Superintendent to oversee on-site construction operations and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders for healthcare work in Florida.

The role involves healthcare construction projects and travel within Florida.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and communicate with the Project Manager, design team, owners, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain short-term schedules, track quality issues and project costs, and address subcontractor performance.
• Lead job-site safety efforts, maintain project documentation, and support stormwater plan compliance.
• Manage closeout records, as-built documents, turnover materials, and punch lists.

Required Experience

• At least five years of related general contractor, renovation, or tenant improvement experience; ground-up experience is helpful.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and MS Project; experience with Procore or ability to learn it.
• Strong leadership, organization, prioritization, communication, and safety skills.
