Job Summary

Harris is hiring a project manager to coordinate HVAC construction projects, maintaining project standards, budgets, schedules, and communication across project teams.

Harris delivers mechanical construction projects across varied facilities, including stadiums, manufacturing sites, power plants, hospitals, and educational buildings.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documents, submittals, RFIs, meeting records, quality control, drawings, change orders, and closeout materials.
• Coordinate project schedules, work plans, labor needs, and updates with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and help ensure compliance with site safety plans, audits, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning.
• Monitor labor productivity, project costs, financial status, billing, collections, and cash flow; participate in monthly project reviews.
• Maintain client and contractor relationships and support account and sales growth.

Compensation and Benefits

The posted salary range is $75,521.24-$113,281.86, with the final offer based on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
