Support construction and field execution as an entry-level Project Engineer with JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group in Essex Junction, Vermont. The role covers project coordination and hands-on learning across construction activities.

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group works on advanced industrial and manufacturing, data center, and semiconductor projects.

Responsibilities

• Support field teams with monitoring labor, materials, equipment, quantities, safety, and quality activities.
• Help manage drawings, specifications, procurement logs, submittals, deliveries, project reports, and schedule updates.
• Participate in project meetings, inspections, punch lists, closeout, and self-perform work.
• Work with project teams and trade partners while applying construction fundamentals and Lean practices.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Entry-level construction experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, communication skills, and knowledge of construction technology and methods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work non-traditional hours when project needs require.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $75,000-$93,000, depending on experience, with potential for a higher range based on exceptional experience and performance. The role is eligible for a target bonus based on individual and company performance. Benefits align to a professional non-union position.
