Project Engineer

Job Summary

Support a construction project team while building experience with field operations, project coordination, and company procedures. The position is based at a project site for at least six months, with a preference for staying through the project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track RFIs, shop drawings, and drawing updates.
• Verify field dimensions and coordinate vendor and subcontractor deliveries.
• Learn safety practices, site logistics, and permit inspection processes.
• Join punch-list inspections, document outstanding work, and follow up on completion.
• Help prepare and update the project schedule.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
• Knowledge of estimating, cost control, and material pricing.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost-coding systems.
• Ability to take responsibility and communicate effectively.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
