Project Engineer (Concrete)

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is hiring a Project Engineer to support project administration, purchasing, schedule coordination, and communication with owners and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Track contract requirements, project updates, logs, and changes throughout construction.
• Support purchasing and buyout decisions, and assist the Superintendent with schedule updates and improvement efforts.
• Coordinate owner, architect, and contractor meetings, including agendas and minutes, and submit owner payment applications.
• Review subcontractor invoices and change orders, maintain communication with subcontractors, and help address scope or performance issues.

Required Experience

• People and project management capability, strong organization, communication, math, reasoning, and negotiation skills.
• General contractor experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction Sciences, or equivalent education and experience.
• Procore experience or ability to learn the platform.
