Project Manager (Build-to-Rent & Multifamily)

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of build-to-rent and multifamily construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract requirements, project records, logs, changes, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on schedule updates and actions to support project progress.
• Manage owner communications, meetings, pay applications, subcontractor invoices, and change orders.
• Monitor work for compliance with contract documents and scope, address performance concerns, and support the project team.

Required Experience

• At least five years of related experience; general contractor experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction Sciences, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong organization, communication, mathematical reasoning, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project; experience with Procore or ability to learn it.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of $110,000–$150,000. Additional incentives may include merit/performance, project, new-hire referral, and business development awards.
