Project Manager (Light Industrial)

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to guide light industrial construction projects, coordinate project partners, and manage delivery within the agreed budget and scope.

Project Details

The position focuses on light industrial construction. Catamount works across multiple markets as a general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, contract requirements, documentation, purchasing, and change orders.
• Work with the Superintendent to monitor schedules and support timely project progress.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the project team, including meetings and communication.
• Prepare owner payment applications and review subcontractor invoices and change orders.
• Monitor contract and scope compliance and address performance concerns.

Required Experience

• At least five years of related experience; general contractor experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, mathematics, reasoning, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project; familiarity with Procore or ability to learn it.
