Senior Project Engineer - National Industrial

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring a Senior Project Engineer to support construction project delivery, with opportunities to take on broader responsibilities on smaller projects under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, plan updates, inspections, punch lists, subcontractor deliveries, and site logistics.
• Support project schedules, construction meetings, procurement, estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost control, invoicing, change pricing, and project closeout.
• Track subcontractor schedules, material deliveries, and workforce levels, and assist with budgets and project status reporting.
• Travel as project needs require.

Required Experience

• Two to four years of commercial construction experience in a design-build environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or construction management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
• Knowledge of estimating, cost control, and material pricing, along with comfort using current technology.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, with the base rate dependent on position location and candidate qualifications.
