Senior Superintendent - Industrial - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to oversee industrial construction projects and coordinate field execution with project teams.

Project Details

The role supports industrial construction projects and requires travel as project needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance, project schedules, construction budgets, safety programs, and quality control.
• Review design documents and shop drawings, and coordinate procurement with the master schedule.
• Support value engineering, resolve field issues, and communicate with project team members.
• Train personnel and travel to project locations as needed.

Required Experience

• At least 15 years of industrial construction experience and post-high-school construction education or equivalent.
• Experience progressing through foreman, layout, assistant superintendent, and superintendent responsibilities.
• Knowledge of building projects, shop drawings, prints, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to complete pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Management and sales training.
• Preferred: project team leadership, BIM or CAD knowledge, current building codes, and experience creating and managing MS Project schedules.
