Senior Superintendent - Multifamily

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to lead multifamily construction work from its Tampa team.

Project Details

The role focuses on multifamily construction projects and may require travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractor performance and coordinate with project team members.
• Build and monitor CPM schedules, budgets, safety programs, and quality control.
• Review design documents and shop drawings, and coordinate procurement with the master schedule.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities, resolve project challenges, and train personnel.

Required Experience

• 15 or more years of multifamily construction experience.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to complete required pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Project team leadership, BIM or CAD knowledge, current building code knowledge, and MS Project scheduling experience are preferred.
