Sr. Superintendent - Electrical - Data Center

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a senior electrical superintendent for its national mission-critical team, overseeing field execution on data center construction projects.

Project Details

The role focuses on electrical construction for mission-critical and data center projects, with travel as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance, project schedules, construction budgets, safety programs, and quality control.
• Review design documents and shop drawings, coordinate material procurement, and incorporate procurement into the master schedule.
• Support value engineering, train personnel, and coordinate with project team members.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of mission-critical electrical construction experience.
• Post-high-school construction education or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to complete pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Experience leading project teams, working knowledge of BIM or CAD and building codes, and familiarity with MS Project scheduling are preferred.
