Superintendent 1 (Union) - Masonry

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a union masonry superintendent to help manage project execution, field operations, and project goals in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, staff, suppliers, jobsite workflow, materials, and equipment.
• Lead safety efforts, meetings, schedule updates, quality activities, documentation, and project closeout.
• Work with project and field leadership on staffing, budgets, changes, procurement, and project planning.
• Support a diverse and inclusive workplace and help identify and recruit talent.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of construction experience and 1 year of field supervision experience.
• Working knowledge of construction management, scheduling, project software, trade scopes, and self-perform work.

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation is $102,515-$128,144, depending on experience, with eligibility for a target bonus tied to individual and company performance. Professional Union benefits apply.

Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and may work in extreme hot or cold conditions.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.
