Superintendent

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and subcontractors and support on-time, on-budget project completion.

Responsibilities

• Administer site safety procedures and prepare project-specific hazard analyses.
• Coordinate subcontractor work, schedules, budget activities, and material procurement.
• Monitor quality control and maintain project records and files.
• Prepare and document project meetings and provide direction to field personnel.

Required Experience

• Post-high-school construction education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and direct project personnel.
• Documentation, file management, and meeting coordination skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and participate in applicable subsequent testing.
