Superintendent - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and subcontractors, supporting project delivery within schedule and budget while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement site-specific safety practices and prepare job hazard analyses.
• Coordinate subcontractor work, project schedules, budgets, material procurement, and quality control.
• Maintain project records and documentation, and prepare and lead required meetings.
• Guide field personnel and coordinate with project management, trade foremen, owners, and tenants.

Required Experience

• Postsecondary education or equivalent experience in construction.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and direct project personnel.
• Documentation, file management, and meeting coordination skills.
• Ability to work through challenging situations, collaborate with a team, and seek support when needed.
• Must meet employment verification requirements and pass required drug and alcohol testing.
