Superintendent - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and guide construction work toward timely, budget-conscious completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, project management, trade partners, and owners or tenants.
• Implement site safety and hazard-analysis plans, manage subcontractor performance, and oversee quality control.
• Track project schedules and budgets, support material procurement, maintain job records, and lead required meetings.

Required Experience

• Postsecondary education or equivalent experience in construction.
• Ability to read plans and specifications, direct project personnel, manage meetings and documentation, and work through jobsite challenges.
• Must meet employment verification requirements and pass applicable drug and alcohol testing.
