Superintendent - Traveling

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a traveling Superintendent to coordinate jobsite teams and deliver construction work safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, trade foremen, project managers, and owners or tenants.
• Develop and administer project-specific safety plans and hazard analyses.
• Manage subcontractor performance, schedules, budgets, procurement, and quality control.
• Maintain project records and lead required meetings.

Required Experience

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in construction.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and direct project personnel.
• Experience with documentation, file management, and meeting coordination.
• Team-building skills and the judgment to seek support when needed.
• Must meet employment verification requirements and pass applicable drug and alcohol testing.
