Traveling Project Manager 2, Advanced Industries (Semiconductor)

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a traveling Project Manager 2 to lead moderately complex construction work or a portion of a large project. The initial assignment is in Essex Junction, Vermont, supporting the Advanced Facilities Group.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities portfolio includes semiconductor, data center, and industrial and manufacturing projects. This role is focused on advanced industries and semiconductor construction.

Responsibilities

• Direct project administration, preconstruction coordination, subcontractor buyout, submittals, and procurement.
• Coordinate owners, subcontractors, designers, vendors, and field teams; lead project meetings and manage change requests and payment applications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk plans, status reports, and closeout activities.
• Promote a safe work environment and address incidents, schedule risks, and project issues.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of construction management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software; intermediate proficiency with MS Office and Lean practices.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work non-traditional hours as project needs require.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $126,000–$157,000, depending on experience, with potential for higher compensation based on exceptional qualifications. The position is eligible for a target bonus tied to individual and company performance. Benefits are aligned to a professional non-union position.
