Job Summary

JE Dunn is hiring a Traveling Superintendent 2 to manage field operations and help deliver complex construction projects. The initial assignment is in Essex Junction, Vermont.

Project Details

The role is part of the Advanced Facilities Group and is focused on semiconductor construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety, quality, scheduling, production, and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage site operations, staffing, materials, equipment, documentation, and project workflow.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, design teams, suppliers, and governing authorities.
• Track project risks and progress, support cost management, and help resolve project changes.
• Oversee closeout activities and promote a safe, inclusive jobsite culture.

Required Experience

• At least 5 years of construction experience, including 3 years of field supervision.
• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Lean principles is preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $127,000-$157,000, depending on experience, with eligibility for a target bonus based on individual and company performance. The position is aligned with Professional Non-Union benefits.
